Anna Bielak is a screenwriter and script consultant. She has a Master’s degree in Film Studies and has participated in several workshops for script consultants and writers, including Midpoint Training the Trainers and Feature Launch programs, Script Circle and Six Days of Practice, led by Francoise von Roy and Franz Rodenkirchen, and LIM – Less is More. Since 2013, she has been consulting projects for various programs on the international market, such as the Baltic Pitching Forum. She is also the co-founder of Script Atelier and Script a Story, development workshops. Since 2020 she has been Head of Development at Aurum Film. She leads the conceptual work on feature films and series for the company and is credited as a script consultant for, among others, “Colors of Evil: Red”, the worldwide Netflix hit. She debuted as scriptwriter with feature TV comedy “If I Were You” (2023), which won the Intermedia Globe Grand Award at the World Media Festival in Hamburg and was developed into a premium miniseries (4 episodes). “Today We’re All Gonna Hide”, a short film she co-wrote, premiered at the 49th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia in 2024. The feature film “Echo” reached the finals of Script Wars 2024 – a script competition organised by the Mazovia Warsaw Film Commission. She’s one of the ten writers taking part in ONLY WRITERS IN A BUILDING at BERLINALE 2025 – an exlusive showcase spotligthing the freshest voices in series screenwriting trained at MIDPOINT Institute.
Artistic director and programmer of Concorto Film Festival, an International short film festival born in 2002 in Pontenure and Piacenza. He graduated in Film Studies and Film Criticism at the University of Bologna and participated in several cinema seminars and workshops. He worked on movie sets, as screenwriter and has been involved as film curator for cinemas and events since 2012. He also works as professor at Cinema Studies faculty with lessons dedicated to the distribution of short films and their diffusion in festival. He works with MIA | Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo as Coordinator of the Animation Content and the Co-Production Market & Pitching Forum and with Lights On, world sales company of cinema. He’s also book and film critic for the weekly paper magazine Film Tv.
Involved in feature films for more than twenty years, he has in parallel produced 80 French short films. Since, Origine Films has produced and coproduced sixty short films by directors of twenty nationalities. Among them are: “Pithead” (Directors’ Fortnight 2026),“Dancing Pigeons” (Best Short Film Swedish Film Academy 2026), “A Short Trip” (Orizzonti Award Venice 2023), “The Van” (Official Competition at Cannes 2019 and shortlisted for the 2021 Oscars), “Kapitalistis” (winner at the Locarno Festival and nominated for the Magritte and the César 2019), “Sali” (Official Competition at Cannes 2015 and Sundance 2016), “37°4S” (Special Mention at Cannes 2013; David di Donatello Award 2014).
Elena Ciofalo has ten years of experience in cultural project management between Turin and Aosta. Since October 2025, she has directed the Italian Short Film Center, where she started as Project Manager in 2023. Co-founder of AIACE VDA, which promotes film culture in the Aosta Valley and organizes the Bref International Short Film Festival, she managed historical and civic projects for the Cultural Foundation Polo del ’900 between 2018 and 2023. Formerly a producer for Cinefonie, she has also collaborated with Europe Direct and Creative Europe Desk Italy MEDIA in Turin.
Laurent Crouzeix is on the Executive team of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival and Short Film Market. He is Coordinator of Euro Connection co-production forum that has seen over 140 projects to completion so far. He also designs industry meetings about the development, production, or distribution of short films. Laurent is a regular expert or consultant for international script & project development training programs. As sustainability officer, Laurent oversees the event’s social and environmental action plan. Laurent’s stop motion short Amerigo and the New World was released in 2019.
Anne-Laure Guégan graduated from INSAS Film School in Brussels in 1995. After a 25-year career as a film editor, during which she won the Magritte Award for Best Editing, she transitioned into film production in 2014. In 2015, Anne-Laure Guégan and her partner, Géraldine Sprimont, took over the management of Need Productions, which has produced and co-produced more than one hundred films since its founding in 1999. She is committed to ensuring that her editorial choices reflect her core values. She produces and co-produces films that expose inequality and exclusion while giving a voice to underrepresented communities and shedding light on overlooked or forgotten aspects of society. She oversees the company’s in-house project development and the selection of international co-production projects. Alongside her producing activities, she also works as a script consultant and editing consultant. She is a member of ACE Animation, EAVE, EURODOC and EWA.
Vanya Rainova is a producer, writer and story editor who works to enable authentic storytellers to bring their author-driven films to the big screen and beyond. She has written and/or produced award-winning fiction and documentary films, which competed in the world’s leading festivals, including Cannes Film Festival Critics’ Week, Locarno IFF, Rotterdam IFF, Clermont Ferrand ISFF, HotDocs, Vision du Reel, Warsaw, Black Nights Tallinn, etc. Vanya holds an MFA in creative writing from The University of San Francisco. She is a member of the EAVE and ACE producer networks, and a graduate of Midpoint Feature Launch (2019), Biennale College Cinema (2021), Torino Film Lab (2023). In 2023 she was selected by the European Film Promotion for the Producers on the Move program at Cannes Film Festival.
Eva Schweizer studied Film Science at the University of Zurich. From 2010 until 2015 she was part of the programme team for Shnit International Shortfilmfestival in Bern. Since 2011 she works as programme planner for Swiss Radio and Television (SRF) with a focus on national and international fiction. Next to planning film she also curates the yearly «Short Film Night» and other short film programmes, for example an animation programme during Fantoche.
Commissioning editor of short films at Yle (Finnish Broadcasting company). She is in charge of a strand called “New Cinema” on Yle Teema channel. The main focus of New Cinema is on cinematic short films and some feature documentary films fitting the profile.
Stine Wangler studied at Leuphana University in Lüneburg and the University of Glamorgan in Wales. She wrote her Cultural Studies master’s thesis on short films on the internet. Since 2012, she has been working at the Kurzfilm Agentur Hamburg e.V., where she is responsible for the distribution and acquisition of short film licenses. From 2013 to 2023, she was part of the selection committee for the German Competition at the Kurzfilm Festival Hamburg. In addition, she also works as a photographer.
Dagnė Vildžiūnaitė has over 20 years of experience in film and television. In 2007, she founded the studio Just a Moment, producing a wide range of audiovisual projects, including feature films, media projects, or documentaries. Dagnė is an active member of several prestigious industry organizations, including the European Producers Club, European Film Academy, ACE, EAVE, Eurodoc, The Independent Producers Association of Lithuania, and the Association of Film Culture in Lithuania. She is Curator of the Producer Program at the KIMO National Film School, and serves as a mentor, lecturer, and expert for organizations such as the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, the Lithuanian Short Film Agency (Lithuanian Shorts), the training and consultancy program First Cut Lab, the arts agency Artscape, the Lithuanian Film Centre, etc. Her recent productions include Dance Plus City, a series of short dance and architectural films co-produced with partners from Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, and France, featuring 9 directors from 5 countries; Twittering Soul, the first Lithuanian 3D film by Deimantas Narkevičius, showcased at Rotterdam, Marseille, and Tallinn Film Festivals; and Burial, a documentary by artist Emilija Škarnulytė, which has been featured in over 30 festivals and art spaces worldwide.
Antra Cilinska-Dombrovska works as a director and producer since 1992. She started her work in film as an editor at Riga Film Studio, working with the outstanding Latvian documentary film director Juris Podnieks on such worldwide known films as Is It Easy To Be Young?, Hello, Do You Hear Us? and Homeland (with Channel 4, UK). Since 1993 Antra has made a lot of documentaries for local and international audiences. Since 2005 she works also on feature film projects, where Antra acts as a producer. Antra is running Jura Podnieka Studija, which is an independent film production company working with documentaries, animation and fiction film projects and is providing post-production services.
Maie Rosmann is an Estonian film producer with over 15 years of experience in feature films and documentaries. She studied film production at the Baltic Film and Media School. Her first feature, The Days That Confused (2016), won the Special Jury Prize at Karlovy Vary and Estonia’s major film awards. Eia’s Christmas at Phantom Owl Farm (2018) became Estonia’s most-watched children’s film and received numerous international awards. In recent years, Maie has increasingly focused on documentaries, including films about acclaimed Estonian artists. She is currently developing Tiny, exploring infertility and pregnancy loss, and Let Me Sing, following a sign language choir pursuing its dream of performing at Estonia’s Song Celebration. Maie is drawn to stories that move audiences and bring more kindness to the screen.
Founder and CEO of Graffiti, established in Torino in 2004, and more recently co-founder of the French company Tag Film, set up in Paris in 2019, Enrica Capra has produced (and often co-produced) documentaries, live action and animation films released theatrically in several countries and selected at important festivals (Cannes, Locarno, Annecy, Telluride, IDFA,..). Her works have often enjoyed the support of Media and Eurimages, and are distributed all over the world. She is a member of EFA.
Laurence Boyce has been working in the film industry for almost 25 years with a focus on short film. He began at the Leeds International Film Festival (UK) as a programmer and still works there to this day as an advisor. He currently works as the Head of Programme (Live Action for PÖFF Shorts (Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival) in Tallinn, Estonia. Aside from his festival duties, Laurence works as a journalist for outlets such as Screen International, Sight & Sound and Cineuropa. He is a member of BAFTA, the European Film Academy, the London Critics’ Circle and FIPRESCI (the International Federation of Film Critics). He is also the chairman of the board of the Short Film Conference, an international network of organisations focused on short film.
Nicolò Gallio is a marketing strategist and audience designer working across fiction films, documentaries and TV series, with a background in PR, media relations and content management for audiovisual projects, brands and non-profit organisations. He is senior strategist at the marketing agency Alphapanda and an advisor and trainer for TorinoFilmLab’s audience design initiatives, helping scriptwriters, directors and producers shape strategies for their projects. Over the past ten years he has delivered keynotes, masterclasses and workshops at international film labs, festivals, funds and talent development programmes. He holds a PhD in Film Studies from the University of Bologna, where his research examined how audiovisual works are produced, consumed and critically received across offline and digital environments.

Former Account Director at Kindred Agency Hong Kong, with a master’s from Institut Français de la Mode Paris and executive study at Oxford’s Saïd Business School. Fluent in six languages, she turns creative talent into commercial propositions and opens international doors.
Viktorija Cook (Co-founder, Baltic Talent Agency): Over a decade across international film sales, acquisitions, producing and festival programming. Her credits include Renovation (Karlovy Vary IFF) and Toxic (Locarno IFF, Winner). Former sales and acquisitions lead at Film Republic in London, and a regularly invited pitching expert from Connecting Cottbus to FICCI Cartagena and MIFF 37°South Market. She now channels that network and years of industry relationships into Baltic Talent, connecting the region’s creatives with the international stages they deserve.
Jacopo Chessa majored in film history and worked largely on the 1950s and 1960s in French cinema. He has published two books and several articles, and collaborated with the National Film Archive of the Resistance, the University of Turin, and Paris III – Sorbonne Nouvelle University. Since early 2014, he has been the director of Aiace Nazionale, the first Italian association of art-house cinemas, and the Italian Short Film Center. In 2016, he founded the Torino Short Film Market, which he directed until 2020. He worked as contract professor at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris 3 from 2017 to 2019. Since 2020, he has been the director of the Veneto Film Commission, and since late 2024, he has served as president of Italian Film Commissions.
Gintė Regina is a Lithuanian filmmaker working across artist film and narrative fiction. Her short films have been presented at venues including the British Film Institute and Whitechapel Gallery in London, and at the National Gallery of Art in Vilnius. Her solo exhibitions include Outpost, Norwich (2025), CCA Derry~Londonderry (2020), and GAO, London (2018). Her latest short, On Conductor Street, was developed during the Baltic Pitching Forum and funded by the Lithuanian Film Centre. It had its national premiere at Vilnius IFF Kino pavasaris and its international premiere at Busan ISFF. Gintė is currently developing her debut feature film.
Akvilė Žilionytė is a Lithuanian film producer, writer and founder of ARTIŠOKAI. With a background in literature and film directing, she has produced over ten short documentary and fiction films, screened at festivals including Ji.hlava IDFF, Busan International Short Film Festival, Filmfest Dresden and Drama International Short Film Festival. While her main focus is on feature-length films, she continues to produce one or two short films each year. Her recent feature documentary In Passing (2025) received the East Silver Caravan Award at Beldocs. She is an alumna of EURODOC, ESoDoc and IDFA Academy.
